INGREDIENTES

- 200g bean sprouts
Seafood
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Condiment
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.
Spread the bean sprouts over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam-fry on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the bean sprouts soften. Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then mix well.
