Vegetables

- 🌿 100g chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp rice wine
- Pinch of ground pepper
步骤
Prepare beef brisket or bulgogi and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, rice wine, sesame oil, and ground pepper.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly under running water and drain.
