- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger

Mix the ginger miso ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, grated ginger) in a bowl.

Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.

Add bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the ginger miso mixture and stir quickly to combine.
