- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, cut into thirds, and slice thinly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pumpkin slices, and cook until both sides are browned. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam for about 2 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (ground sesame, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil). Add the cooked pumpkin and toss to coat evenly.
