INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 1/2 red onion
- 4 green onions
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Trim the ends of the cucumbers, slice thinly, and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and place in a mixing bowl.
Thinly slice the red onion and finely chop the green onions.
Add sesame seeds, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix well and serve as a salad or side dish.
