INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 6 sweet long peppers
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- A pinch of sliced chili
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Prepare the sweet peppers by removing stems, seeds, and cutting them into diagonal thirds. Mince garlic and ginger.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chili, cooking until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until its color changes.
Add sweet peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until coated with oil. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry briefly to coat everything evenly.
