- 1 piece tarako
Dairy
- 🧀 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 🥛 1 tsp milk
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of dashi powder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Oil
- As needed salad oil
Garnish
- As needed grated daikon
- 🧅 As needed green onion
PASSOS
Mix the tarako, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in sugar, soy sauce, sake, salt, dashi powder, and water.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with a thin layer of salad oil, pour 1/4 of the egg mixture, and place the tarako mixture on top. Roll the omelette.
Repeat with the remaining egg mixture, rolling each layer. Serve with grated daikon and green onion.
