Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- Enough all-purpose flour to coat
- Chopped parsley, as needed
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp consomme powder
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can whole tomatoes
- 💧 100cc water
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
步骤
Slice the onion thinly, cut the king oyster mushrooms into 1cm slices, and mince the garlic.
Coat the beef slices with all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the beef, onion, and mushrooms, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the sauce ingredients (whole tomatoes, water, consomme, salt, and pepper). Crush the tomatoes while mixing. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase to medium heat, and stir to evaporate excess liquid. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
