STEPS
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread out broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet. Toss with 2 tablespoons of canola oil, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Roast broccoli until bright green and browned in spots, about 18 to 20 minutes.
Combine 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a blender; process until smooth.
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Toast panko in 1 tablespoon reserved bacon fat, stirring constantly over low heat, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl. Top with panko, bacon, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
