Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) of aburaage
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 50g lotus root
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
步骤
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Soak in water and drain.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the short edge, then into quarters along the long edge.
Layer aburaage, tuna, and lotus root in a microwave-safe container. Add the seasonings and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir to combine evenly.
