- 1/2 block acorn jelly
- 1 pack seasoned seaweed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
步骤
Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized cubes. If store-bought, blanch it in warm water for a softer texture.
Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped green onion.
Crush the seasoned seaweed into small pieces.
Place the acorn jelly and chopped green onion in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp sugar to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the bowl.

Add the crushed seaweed and mix everything well.
