- 2 leaves (160g) Chinese cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- To taste white sesame seeds
步骤
Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water according to package instructions, then drain.
Separate the leaves and core of the Chinese cabbage. Slice the core thinly and cut the leaves into halves, then into thin strips.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken broth powder, lemon juice, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Add the wakame and Chinese cabbage to the bowl with the seasoning and mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
