Main Ingredient
- 130g konjac
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
步骤
Score the konjac with a fork in a grid pattern and tear it into bite-sized pieces using the fork.
Place the konjac in a frying pan with enough water to cover it. Heat until boiling, then boil for 1 minute. Drain the water and heat the pan over medium heat to evaporate any remaining moisture.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and stir-fry until the liquid is almost gone. Mix in the bonito flakes and white sesame seeds, and stir-fry to combine.
