Burger Components
- 🍔 2 burger buns
- 1 green leaf
- 🍅 2 slices of tomato
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tsp mustard
Fish Fry
- 140g filleted aji fish
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sufficient breadcrumbs
- Sufficient salad oil
Batter Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 25g minced onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
步骤
Mince the onion and soak it in water for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, water) in a bowl.
Pat the aji fish dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with batter mixture followed by breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C (2cm depth). Fry the fish until golden brown, flipping once.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl, add minced onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Mix well to create tartar sauce.
Spread butter and mustard on the cut sides of the burger buns. Layer green leaf, tomato slices, fried fish, and tartar sauce evenly. Assemble the burger.
