- 🍎 1 apple
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
Nuts
- 🌰 1/4 cup roasted walnuts
Condiments
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice

Prepare all the ingredients.

Remove fibers from celery, slice it thinly. Slice cabbage thinly and soak in cold water, then drain. Peel and slice carrot thinly. Wash and slice apple thinly.
