Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 50g arugula
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste

Mince the onion and cut the arugula into 1cm pieces.

Heat butter in a deep frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.

Add cooked rice and seasoning ingredients (milk, consomme, salt, and pepper). Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy.

Turn off the heat, mix in grated cheese, and quickly fold in the arugula.

Serve on a plate and garnish with additional grated cheese.
