- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 1 can clams in water (130g)
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🧅 1 green onion (80g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 80ml water

Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the green onion and canned clams (including the liquid), cover, and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs into the pot, cover, and cook until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
