- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Seasoning
- 🍶 50cc sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400cc water
步骤
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Rinse the cooked rice lightly and drain the water.
In a pot, add clams, green onion, and sake. Heat until boiling, then cover and steam over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open. Remove the clams and green onion.
Add dashi powder and water to the pot, bring to a boil again, then add rice, clams, and green onion. Mix lightly and season with salt to taste.
