- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐚 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧅 50g minced onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp sliced chili
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
步骤
Mince the onion finely.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, chili, onion, and clams, stirring until coated in oil. Add sake and diced tomatoes, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Once clams open, add sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
