- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 500cc water

Boil water in a pot and cook soba noodles according to package instructions.

In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add clams and cook until their shells open. Skim off any foam.

Serve the soba noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over them, and top with kaiware sprouts.
