步骤
Remove the strings from the celery stalk and slice it thinly at an angle. Cut the celery leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the noodles until loosened.
Add the celery stalks and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the sauce, celery leaves, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
