Essential Ingredients
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 5 oyster mushrooms
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1.5 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp potato starch
步骤

Tear or slice mushrooms into 0.5cm pieces. Slice bell peppers and onion into 0.8cm strips.

Heat a pan on low heat and sauté mushrooms. Add grape seed oil.

Add Yeondu seasoning and stir-fry with the vegetables.

Add 1 cup of water and Yeondu seasoning, then bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and add potato starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
