- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 🧀 Pizza cheese, as needed
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning

- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
Other
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml unsweetened soy milk
- Green onion, as needed
步骤
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the seed and peel, and slice into 1cm pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add onion and shimeji mushrooms, and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add salt, pepper, and consomme, mix briefly, then sprinkle flour and stir. Gradually add soy milk while stirring until thickened. Dissolve miso into the mixture and transfer to a heatproof dish.
Place avocado slices on top, sprinkle pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with green onion.
