- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and peel the skin.
Mix the miso, mirin, and water in a microwave-safe container and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds without covering.
Place the avocado and the miso mixture into a storage bag, ensuring the avocado is well-coated. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag tightly. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Remove the avocado from the bag, wipe off the miso, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
