- 26 gyoza wrappers

- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head cabbage, 350g, minced
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, grated
Cooking Oils
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
步骤
Finely chop the cabbage, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Chop the chives finely. Mince the green onion and garlic. Grate the ginger.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, prepared vegetables, and seasonings until sticky.
Place a small amount of filling on a gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal, creating pleats.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the lid, drizzle sesame oil, and cook for 1 minute to evaporate any remaining water.
Invert the pan onto a plate to serve the gyoza.
