步骤
Mix salt and water in a tray, then add clams without overlapping.
Cover with a breathable cloth and leave in a cool, dark place for at least 1 hour. Drain water.
Place clams in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients) and rub them together to clean thoroughly.
Add clams and sake to a frying pan, cover with a lid, and heat on medium for about 5 minutes until clams open.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
