- 1/2 burdock root

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 piece ginger
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar

Peel the burdock root, slice it thinly at an angle, and soak in water. Drain the water. Peel and julienne the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add burdock root and continue stir-frying.

Add the seasoning mixture, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. If liquid remains, increase heat to evaporate excess moisture.
