- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants, halved and sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
