- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Condiments
- 2 ume plums, chopped
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步骤
Season the sliced beef with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasoning into the meat.
Prepare the vegetables: cut the root off the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing the seeds and stems. Chop the ume plums and remove the pits.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add the chopped ume plums and the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce). Stir-fry everything together.
