- 60g sweet pickled ginger
- 4 shiso leaves
- 3 slices ginger
Condiments
- 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
