- 🐄 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 150g firm tofu
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
步骤

Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.

Add shimeji mushrooms, carrot slices, and green onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Stir well.

Add tofu and simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors are absorbed.
