    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Add sweet potato and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.

Lower the heat, add water and the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce), and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.

Uncover, add butter, and simmer over medium heat for 1–2 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
