Main Ingredients
- 🥩 400g beef brisket
- 🥬 1 head napa cabbage
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 soup stock pack
- 🥬 Some bok choy
- Some bean sprouts
- A small amount of chives
- Some green chili
- Some radish
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步骤
Prepare all ingredients by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch napa cabbage in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 1-2 minutes.
Wrap beef brisket with blanched napa cabbage and tie with blanched chives.
Layer radish and bean sprouts at the bottom of an electric pan.
Arrange all prepared ingredients neatly in the pan.
Pour pre-made soup stock over the ingredients until partially submerged.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and add to the hot pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes, adding more stock and ingredients as desired.
