Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
