Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Vegetables
- 1 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
步骤
Cut the carrot into thin half-moon slices and chives into 4cm pieces.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, sake, and cornstarch, and massage to coat evenly.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the carrot until slightly softened, then add chives and stir until coated with oil. Remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in the pan, stir-fry the beef until its color changes. Add sake and doubanjiang, stir well, then add water, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken stock powder. Bring to a boil.
Return the vegetables to the pan and simmer briefly until flavors meld together.
