Vegetables
- 120g daikon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 stalk green onion (green part)

Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 250ml water
