食材
Protein
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
- 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sake
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
Bibimbap Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut chives into 4cm pieces. Place bean sprouts, pork, salt, pepper, and sake in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until the pork is cooked.
While still hot, add the chives and mix well (this is the topping).
In a bowl, mix all the Bibimbap sauce ingredients.
Place silken tofu on a plate, top with the prepared topping, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and pour the Bibimbap sauce over.
