- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Trim tough stems from the amaranth greens and prepare 400g.
Boil water in a large pot, add 1/2 tsp salt, and blanch the greens for 1.5–2 minutes.
Rinse the blanched greens in cold water 2–3 times and drain thoroughly.
Squeeze out excess water and cut the greens into bite-sized pieces.
Add minced garlic and gochujang to the greens.
Add sugar, Yeondu seasoning, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Mix the greens gently until the seasoning is well absorbed.
Taste and adjust salt if needed. Serve as a side dish with rice or stew.
