Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
Yogurt Miso Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
- 🥛 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Tear the lettuce leaves into 2-3 pieces each.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the yogurt miso sauce.

Bring about 1L of water to a boil in a pot. Blanch the lettuce briefly and remove. Reduce the heat, add sake, and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and set aside.

Arrange the lettuce and pork on a plate and drizzle with the yogurt miso sauce.
