- 🐟 2 fillets cod
- 🦑 300g squid
- 🦐 4 whole shrimp
- 🐚 200g steamed clams
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 celery stalk with leaves, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Bread
- Baguette, as needed
Soup Base
- 100ml white wine
- 1000ml water
- 1 bay leaf
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pepper, to taste
步骤
Slice the onion thinly. Remove celery strings and chop finely. Mince garlic and ginger.
Clean shrimp, remove veins, and pat dry. Cut cod fillets in half and slice squid into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pot over low heat. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add onion and celery, sauté until softened.
Add cod, squid, and soup base ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, skimming off foam as needed.
Add canned tomatoes and seasoning ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and clams, cooking until shrimp are fully cooked. Serve in bowls with baguette on the side.
