Main Ingredients
- 400g pork shoulder
- 🧄 1 handful garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp herb salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
步骤
Cut the pork into strips and marinate with rice wine, ginger powder, and herb salt for 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and water to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic cloves until fragrant.
Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic until the pork absorbs the garlic aroma.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry with the pork.
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Uncover the pan and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens and reduces.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
