Potato Braise Ingredients
- 150g shishito peppers
- 🥔 200g potatoes
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut small potatoes into quarters and large ones into sixths. Slice shishito peppers into 2-3 pieces each.

In a thick-bottomed pot, add potatoes, shishito peppers, soy sauce, and sugar. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Open the lid, stir well, then cover again and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add hemp seeds and sesame oil, mix well, and serve.
