Pancake Base
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, minced
- 🦪 1 can (55g) canned clams
- 10cm (200g) grated lotus root
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
