- 🍝 80g penne pasta
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
Protein
- 🥓 3 slices ham
- 50g cod roe
Condiments
- 🥫 4 tbsp mayonnaise

- 🥬 8 salad leaves
步骤
Separate broccoli into small florets. Slice carrot into thin half-moons.
Cut ham into 1cm wide strips.
Remove cod roe from its skin.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and cook penne according to package instructions. Add broccoli and carrot 2 minutes before the pasta finishes cooking.
Mix cod roe and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add cooked penne, broccoli, carrot, and ham, then mix well.
Place salad leaves on a serving plate and top with the pasta mixture.
