Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 50g king oyster mushroom
- 4 green beans
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Brown Stew Sauce
- 150g demi-glace sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 100cc red wine
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200cc water
步骤
Finely chop half the onion and thinly slice the other half. Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl.
Microwave the minced onion for 2 minutes at 600W, then let it cool.
Combine the minced onion, ground meat, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until sticky and form into two oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, then cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Cut the carrot and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces. Microwave the green beans for 1 minute at 600W, then cool and cut into thirds.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the sliced onion until translucent, then add carrot and mushrooms. Stir until coated with butter.
Add demi-glace sauce, ketchup, red wine, salt, pepper, and water to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Return the patties to the pan and spoon the sauce over them. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Plate the dish and garnish with green beans.
