- 190g canned mackerel in water

- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 30g cucumber pickles

- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder

- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt

- 🍅 150g canned chopped tomatoes
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步骤
Slice the onion thinly and cut the cucumber pickles in half lengthwise.
Heat butter, grated ginger, and grated garlic in a frying pan. Once the butter melts, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add curry powder and stir until fragrant.
Add canned tomatoes, seasoning ingredients (yogurt, sugar, salt, water), and canned mackerel. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve the curry over warm rice and garnish with cucumber pickles.
