- 🥬 160g cabbage, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
Dairy / Liquid
- 🥛 200ml unsweetened soy milk
- 💧 200ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.

Chop the cabbage into 2cm squares and slice the ginger thinly.

Heat olive oil in a pot, add bacon, and cook over medium-low heat until browned. Add cabbage and sauté until softened.

Add ginger, water, consomme, and salt. Mix and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add unsweetened soy milk and heat while stirring until warmed through.
