Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken tender
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Liquid Base
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Finishing Touch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the cabbage into thin strips after removing the core.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and slice them diagonally into 1cm pieces. Coat with potato starch.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sake and chicken, and skim off any foam. Add cabbage and simmer covered on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the seasonings (chicken broth powder, salt, pepper) and bring to a boil. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently.
Divide the soup into bowls and drizzle sesame oil evenly over each serving.
