Protein
- 200g fried tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 160g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 30g green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 100ml water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
步骤
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces and divide into thirds. Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half along the shorter side and slice into 2cm wide pieces.
Add the seasoning ingredients (water, mirin, soy sauce, and dashi powder) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the tofu, cabbage, and green onion, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture, cover, and cook for about 1 minute until the eggs are semi-set.
