Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 600cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
步骤
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chives into 4cm pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips.
Add the seasonings (water, sake, salt, chicken stock powder, pepper) to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the pork belly and garlic, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add the cabbage and bean sprouts, cover again, and simmer for another 4 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Uncover the pot, add the chives, and cook briefly until just wilted.
